this well-established, stylish restaurant and wine
bar keeps things simple - something which is not at all to it's detrement.
located in the basement of quebec's hotel - in the heart of the
financial district, between city square and east parade - sous le
nez serves modern british and french cuisine and is particularly
renowned for it's fish dishes and extensive wine list.
by not over-complicating things, the chef has ensured that what
they do, they do extremely well. the restaurant also has very good
service, a relaxed and informal atmosphere and offers a great value
for money dining experience.
