the
angel inn at hetton may be located in one of the most remote areas
of the country, but it's worth every second of
the drive. it is one of the finest examples of gastropub dining in
the uk, serving modern british cuisine, made with the finest, freshest
local ingredients. it really is simply heavenly, if you'll excuse the
pun.
from the welcome and service to the
food, drink and excellent value for money, it is almost impossible
to draw parallels. from the oak beams, nooks and
crannies and separate rooms to the local ales and legendary wine
cellar; everything here is done to the most exceptional standard.
you'll need to book in advance -
but there's a very good reason for that. if you've yet to eat at
the angel - you can rest assured you'll have
a meal of sensational quality.
